will mcdonald’s ever retaliate against burger king?

burger king has driven blow after blow right in mcdonald’s face with features like the whopper detour, filling their menu with various Big Mac named items after mcdonald’s lost the rights to copyright that term, etc. mcdonald’s has never fought back. is this mcdonald’s trying to somehow proclaim that they’re “the better man?” are they worried people will think they’re petty and crybabies because burger king hurt their feelings? are they just not intellectually advanced enough?

    McDonald's is twice as big in number of stores and 10 times more valuable (by market cap).

    There is zero reason for McDonalds to fight back (whatever that means to you)
