Christians what do you think about someone who is depressed thinking that Jesus doesn’t want them to be saved?

I'd wonder why he felt that way. He clearly says he wants no one to perish. Seems like you don' know scripture. That's likely the problem here.

Jhn 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Put on the whole armour of God with particular attention to the helmet of salvation to protect your mind from attack. if the enemy can get inside your head he will make you believe that God is against you and thereby discourage you by saying what is the point; but, remember, the enemy is the father of lies.

If you want Jesus so damn badly, why don't you just seek him out for yourself, then?! There are SO many different ways of trying to connect, as your preferred religion is basically ALL over society! You can go to pretty much any church, and they'd be glad to have you.. You can pray. You can read the Bible. You can grovel and beg for forgiveness, for some imagined "sin" that makes you oh-so-filthy and offensive to Yahweh/Jehovah, and completely give away your soul while you're at it... I can personally find PLENTY of better things to give it to, but then again, I am not you. And you are not me. At least not on THIS particular level of reality, anyway...

Anyway, he just loves it when people grovel and beg, I hear. He's kind of got a sick fetish for those things. So just keep going, and you should be fine. <Sigh.>
