Actually, it depends on his work ethic during every offseason. If Le'Veon Bell works hard and performs very well in practice every day, he will greatly improve his chances of becoming an all-time great NFL running back for the New York Jets in the future.

You do realize that the Steelers O-Line was part of what made him great right? I mean sure James Conner was a better talent then most realized, but ask yourself why Conner put up as good of numbers as they would have expected from Bell if Bell was this generational talent people claim.

Its a proven fact that the risk of injury is higher for players who sit out as long as he has. I bet he blows out a knee within the first 4-5 games.

How many Super Bowls did Pittsburgh win with the pot-smoking douche bag in the lineup. Yep, that would be zero and the Steelers had far more talent than the Jets.
Anyone expecting Bell to put up the same numbers he did in Pittsburgh is an idiot.
