Definitely not. The Queen Mother thought Camilla was a “wicked” adulteress. Charles famously had to wait until after the Queen Mother’s death to make public his affair with Camilla, the wife of Andrew Parker Bowles.

Stupid question, it’s well known that Charles had to wait until after his grandmothers death before Camilla even had a chance to become part of the family because of her (TheQueen Mother’s) attitude toward her (Camilla)
