DVDFAB "DVD Creator" won't work. I have DVDFAB11. I try to make a DVD and it says, "Process completed successfully" but DVD won't play.?

DVD Creator used to work but suddenly stopped working. When I put the "completed" DVD in my player, it says loading for a long time and then says, "Uknown Disc." #dvdfab #dvdfab11 #dvdfabhelp (I bought lifetime membership for DVD Creator on DVDFab)

How do I fix this?

Update:

I am using a Memorex DVD burner and I am currently using SONY DVD-R blank DVD's to make them DVD's in DVD Creator.

Update 2:

The discs are finalized and everything. I check the Finish button and everything. Also I use Windows Vista 8.1 or Vista 10 (one of those).

    Check with DVD FAB. They have extensive customer support for their customers, and updates to their software has been known to have bugs occasionally which affected playability of discs in some machines.

    Check to make sure the discs are being finalized.
