We've only heard about the Mueller report what the Trump Administration has released. why not just lie like trump and say he was exonerated?

All we've heard is BARR's summary of the Mueller report, AFTER the White House got a sneak peek, (after numerous denials that they didn't----yet another lie) .......and probably had some influence.

But even the summary clearly states, that this does NOT exonerate Trump.
