First of all, go to settings in your system
• Open the control panel in the settings and then go to the devices and printers
• Click on drivers and printers and then go to the printer icon after the next window open
• Right click on the printer icon and select the printer preference
• After selecting printer preference, move to advance settings and then set the Print Data Optimization to Optimize for text and vector and click on apply button.
• The problem should be resolved by now if not, then switch off the device and start again.
