This will provide London Fenchurch Street with a connection with the tube and allow passengers on the Waterloo & City Line to travel to Fenchurch Street?

Why when they can change onto the Circle or District lines which serve Tower Hill Station which is only round the corner from Fenchurch street station perfectly well.. Extending the Waterloo and City line would be a waste of money.

Goood idea although Fenchurch Street Station is very close to Tower Hill Underground and DLR Station
