Can a fraud withdraw money from my STATE BANK OF INDIA account if he knows my ACCOUNT NUMBER,NAME,REGISTERED PHONE NUMBER AND SIGNATURE?

    You are a chump. Ask the bank to assign you a new account number and stop using capital letters where they do not belong.
