Is joining a carpenter union worth it?

I retired from my last union,

It began in 1919. A previous

    union hire involved a State

    Department of Corrections.

    That's lifetime work also.

    California correctional new

hire have a state start salary

of 65K and are union too.

    The worst paid are within

    'W. Virginia. A right to

    work state where unions

    are made unwelcome.
