Couchtuner is basically a pirate website, accessing it comes at very high risk. Not only due to your ISP likely monitoring your online activities, but also because the website itself is not safe. Dangers like malware posing as ads are a large problem on the service, and it is all too easy to corrupt your entire system by clicking on the wrong thing.
It got blocked for copyright violations.
