We are experiencing some problems, please try again - Why does this come up on one question, when I can answer others without a problem?
It appears that, while I can post other answers to toher questions, certain questions it won't let me answer, no matter what I try. Does this mean that the Poster has blocked me, and if that is the case why can that be the posted message "You are unable to answer this question" rather than "We are experiencing some problems try again later" since that isn't actually the case? ,

Yes, you are blocked by a user posting with the Anonymous feature. That message is as it is because that's how Yahoo programmed it, and Verizon hasn't chosen to change it. What would be more appropriate is for us not to have the answer text box available at all when an Anon user who blocked us posts a question, so we don't waste time composing an answer at all.

Yes, you are blocked. There seems to be no doubt about that. Why does Verizon Media (Yahoo) give the error message it does, I doubt anyone knows why. I guess we just have to accept it and move on.

Yes, either the user has blocked you OR the question has been reported enough times that it has been deleted from the YA DISPLAY and NO ONE can answer that question. There are NO Verizon OR Channel 7 employees monitoring YA 24/7/365. YA is run by server computers and computer programs, not Verizon or Channel 7 employees in real time.

There is a glitch with the Submit button. Refresh the page and try again. You also will not be able to post if you have reached your daily limit or you try to put a percentage sign in your posts, and you will not be able to answer questions if an asker has you blocked.

You are blocked by the asker.

That means the person has you blocked and you can't post your answer.
HOWEVER..........it's also sometimes a persistent glitch......try submitting a 2nd or 3rd time.
if it still won't post after 3 or 4 tries.......you're blocked by the asker.
I get that all the time........but I persist.....and most of the time it finally posts.

If its only one Question Its Possible the Asker may have Blocked you and Yahoo may not have Detected it Right away usually they would Remove the Box from the Question if they have Blocked you sometimes the System does not Detect it right away tho until you go to Answer the Question
