You should have a default app called 'health' with a picture of a red heart as the tile pic. This keeps a fairly accurate count of your steps

I use sweatcoin and also the app called Steps. I haven't seen a free app which shows calories burned.
You can make up to five dollars a day (for products they offer) using Sweatcoin's free version.
