Maybe a wire coat hanger bent in the shape of a hook can help you get it out . Just bend an elbow so you have a 2 wire hook to pull it back.Jambing it down just means the toilet has to come off.
Explained below:
It is stuck in the toilet neck which is about the size of your wrist. Shut off toilet tap and hold flush handle down until tank is dry and then use plunger to force most of the rest of the water out of the toilet bowl. You can even soak it up with a cloth and wring out the water in the sink and dry toilet that way.
.Now you need a wrench or 2 to take off the water line from the tap and to unbolt the toilet from the floor. Also check inside the tank to see that there is NO SCREW INTO THE WALL at the top of the tank. If there is take it out It is not needed. Take off lid and place on the floor away safe so it does not fall and break.
. Oh you also need a new wax ring. And a steel putty knife. Now stand over the toilet and place your hands under the toilet seat near the hinge. The ceramic is thinner there. Now lift off, the wax sticks like gum, so you can only lift side to side to break away from the wax ring and then lift toilet up straight about 5" and set behind you on the floor. Reposition feet and make another short move. Lifting up and setting down.
Now you should be in an area of the bathroom where you can tilt the toilet to the side and look up the flush hole from the underside and can grab the bottle and take it out. Toilet is fixed. Now scrape off the wax ring on the floor. It cannot be reused. Now place your new wax ring in place of the old one and remove the paper off of it so it is just wax. Set it on the floor. By this time you should have figured out how the flange bolts work and place them in position so they stick up about 3 or 4" Now you are going to lift the toilet and set it down on top of the bolts as the holes in the toilet line up and the wax ring lines up. You only want to set onto the wax ring once. It only compresses once. Once you set it on then tighten the toilet nuts with the flat washers to hold down the bowl so it does not rock and start leaking. Now hook up the plumbing to the toilet tank. Turn on the water. Done. That job did not cost you $200.00 but it is a bother. Terrorize the kid so this does not happen again. In other words no video games, they got to watch and hear all the swear words you utter while doing this work.

Try to use a pair of cooking tongs, if not a bbq pair, to see if you can grab hold if it with those and pull it straight out. The bottle should not go past the S bend. If you have no luck with the tongs ask a neighbour, handyman or friend if they can help, before as a last resort calling in a plumber who probably has the best tools for the job. Good luck.

the toilet pan will have to be removed so the bottle can be grabbed onto and removed

It probably didn’t go far. Turn the water off, and take the toilet off the floor...use the opportunity to replace the wax ring.

Your kid has a small hand. See if he can reach in there and grab it and pull it out. Shut off the water supply and flush the commode to drain out as much water as possible so that it is not as creepy.

plumber's power auger will cut it into pieces if necessary. Less intrusive might be to pick toilet off the floor -- even though this requires replacing the wax seal underneath afterward. [for wax seal replacement -- get the extra thick kind, not the standard one.]
not clear if you can or can not grab it -- but before the plumber, --
if it is in there bottom end facing, try to stick a corkscrew through the plastic, then turn it in a few turns and use that to drag it out. If it is top end facing, a pair of pliers of one or more sizes may be sufficient to grab the opening [if cap is off]. And a tongs might let you grab the neck from above if the top is on.
And make sure your kid watches all this fun -- so she or he will KNOW to not do this in the future
