harassment on Facebook report?
Is there a site to report harassment if I have there name? This person is accusing me of things and is texting me on my cell phone. I want it to stop

You report, it falls into a hole, you get an automated "sorry you're upset" and maybe, 6 months later you get a message that the person you reported wasn't found to be violating policy. Because no one, no matter how horrible is ever found to be violating policy on FB except for people who breastfeed. They get removed immediately. Absurd? Yes.

If by Texting you mean on Facebook Messenger you can Block them go to there Profile and Hit Block and they wont be able to Message you anymore
If Outside of Facebook Messenger if they wont leave you Alone you have to Call the Police and Report the Harrasement

The police.
Harassment by phone, email, text etc. is a criminal offence in most places.
(Concentrate on that when talking to them rather than the facebook side; they probably get sick of people complaining about facebook stuff).
