Yes, testosterone is a fear-suppressing drug which men have in spades, and women don't have much of at all. Women basically have the psychology of prey animals. They travel in packs. They're scared to be out at night. They fear predators all around even when they have no cause to worry. Men have the psychology of hunters. They just don't worry about things, because they are confident that if any danger comes along they will fight it and win. Men are sometimes overconfident, which gets them into trouble that woman would have simply avoided out of fear. Not all fear is irrational.

Yes, women more lie more often. They are natural manipulators, because social power is their primary source of power, and they are masters at navigating social situations and turning them to their own advantage, including through the use of deception. More insidious is that women lie with their actions and body language, not just their words. Men on the other hand may lie sometimes with their words, but they never lie with their actions. They really aren't capable of it. Men, since their primary source of power comes form their physical size and strength, fall more naturally into an obvious social hierarchy where deception really isn't possible. Even practiced male liars in the verbal realm aren't able to deceive what their bodies are doing. If you ever want to know what a man really thinks, just look at what he does.

Yes, women are more self-centered. This is a survival necessity. Because they lack the ability to acquire resources on their own, they must attach themselves to a strong man who can provide for them: first, their father, then later their boyfriend or husband. They do nurture their young, as a selfless act, so they are not entirely selfish creatures, but boys and men learn early that their role is to provide for others, to put the needs of women and children first, and they are far more willing to cooperate with others of their gender for the good of the tribe. Females instead of cooperating with other females, enforce a strict equality among their group, which does allow women to control which men in their tribe are able to reproduce and with which women, but is not conducive to the sort of competition and cooperation that builds a civilization.
