If a woman was carrying twins, and one was born two days ago, do you think it would be a good idea to take her to a doctor to deal with the one stuck inside?
Get the dog to your veterinarian immediately, before she dies. And take the two surviving puppies with her.

You need to get this poor dog to the vet ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The puppies could be stuck because the mother's birth canal is too narrow!!!!!!

The dog should have been taken to your vet 2 days ago to have a c-section done. By now the puppies are dead inside and she is being poisoned slowly by decaying bodies. Get her in there NOW for an emergency c-section to save her life before she dies and her living puppies end up dead due to your neglect.

Why aren't you on the phone to your Vet? Apparently you didn't have a breeding mentor. This is what happens when you don't know what the hell you're doing. Why did you breed her? Why aren't you at the Vets right now? The two inside her may be dead already. Now there may be two dead pups Plus all the after birth. Mama dog is in dire trouble. & you take the time to post on here? (shaking my head).
Get hold of someone who CAN help you. There is nothing we can do.

You need a vet immediately. Letting your dog be in labor for more than 2 days is very dangerous. The puppies that are stuck are probably dead and will poison her from the inside.

She needs an emergency vets NOW or you lose her. I'm surprised you haven't already as it is two days she's been trying to pass them.
It's going to cost you to have a c-section for this but of course as a responsible breeder you have all that covered and have the money saved up no doubt.
Add.. how utterly ridiculous to TD all these correct answers.

My dog just recently died because of this. I just moved and I didn’t have enough money to be able to bring her to an emergency vet so I had to make an appointment and wait. Sadly she passed before then so if you can bring her to the emergency vet or get an appointment as soon as possible

Vet, or lose your dog.
