    (1) WASH HANDS frequently

    (2) In the refrigerator, store meats on lower shelves

    (3) Cook foods COMPELTELY (avoid eating raw or semi raw foods)

    (4) Once cooked, any uneaten food should be placed in refrigerator as soon as possible

    (5) Avoid placing cleaning chemicals on counter tops next to food

    Clean Hands clean storage facilities was all food First and Clean bench tops

    never assume the Food is safe to check use by date

    when overseas always use the shop with the Longest queues

    I lived in many Asian Countries never got food poisoning
