I m angry all the time?

I ve been trying to become more of a chill person and more kind, but nothing works! I ve been reading,sleeping,drinking water AND meditating! but nothing works! Am i just meant to be stressed out and angry all the time? Do you have any tips?

    Try seeing your doctor to see if your fit enough

    For moderate walking, and when to stop

    Also, if fit enough start with 5 minutes walking

    Rest and reward your good behaviour, next day

    Try ten minutes then rest and reward and slowly

    Increase the walking up to what doctor advises.

    Stretch prior to sleeping, gently, drink some

    Warm but not too hot milk and sweet dreams

    ok.

    What about anger management classes or seeing a therapist. Don't give up on meditation, and yoga could help as well.

    The only real way to get rid of anger is to express it - to vent to someone who cares about you.

    I know that feeling I die(twice) in same place ,that use to like, but it noting unhappy felings , I so fed up I can't enjoy anything now , I had every noose person in the phonbook in our home, I guses the place when I die this may home now my jai, the staff don't like me I just part a faceless shadow no one like, I use your feel so powerssel up to it, I can't being my self without feeling rubbish to them, look post before this , when I did put my foot down like calling names or rude it backfire right at me I am so sick of it every going a fresh place they know about it the staff at canvey islard library staff are rude , ******* noseing that stick their nose in other people busine look for one that syd commies about them ,
