Every time I leave my house no matter what time of day I find my neighbor staring at me through the window. Should I move?

he is gonna commit sucide.....one is not foolish enough to always hang out and wait for his/her fantasy.he may be just depressed

That's kind of extreme. Have you even talked to this person? Maybe you can figure out why they are looking out the window all the time without having to freak out and spend thousands.

YES ....Maybe you should move more , or something ? .... Could you do calastetics or some sort of exercise that might interest him ?
