The same as it would under 23 years of age. Its painful no matter what the age is. But hopefully you are mature enough to realize once your heart has been broken, you can still move on and find love again.

any heart break at any age is painful! but when you're 23 you have so much more time to find someone better suited for you. I wish you all the best.

Just, hopefully, you have more skills for getting over it when you are 23 or older.
