Should a 200 pound man go exploring through a cave?

One that you have to squeeze through tiny openings, especially. 200 pounds is a big guy and he'd have a hard time fitting in those spots.

I read about the Nutty Putty cave and how a 26 year old man who was 200 pounds got stuck and died because he was too fat and couldn't suck in his belly enough and got stuck. Why would anyone that size think it's a good idea? Maybe lose some weight before going? Especially around Thanksgiving, so he was probably even heavier than 200 pounds

As with most people who are overweight, they don't like to think that they're 'fat', and you can no longer tell them that they're 'fat' without them getting offended.

The clip below nails it on the proverbial head!

My organization of cave explorers has a collection of wood portals that allow

users to be challenged by contortions found within caves. My worst problem

in cave found too tight for exit was to remove all attire except climbing boots.

Bare skin lubricated by blood lacerations over limestone texture that's called

POPCORN slipped past where attire would snag. My worst pain in this sport

had me in surgery 2 days later. I began in 1964. I expect to die doing it.

No not in my opinion. Find a little safer hobby.

You should have knowledge of the cave system before entering. If you know from others exploring it that there are tight spaces or it's more rugged than you can handle, then you shouldn't enter. If it's just a long tunnel or something like that, then go for it.
