Do minorities get favored in Europe like they do in North America and what's a country that doesn't favor minorities?

America is a country that doesn't favor minorities. People in countries where they have less minorities are excited to see foreigners and different people. In America, we don't care, we even sometimes don't want them around us.

I see, so you mean like affirmative action. Affirmative action is a failed system. If anything, they should be doing it based on socioeconomic background rather than race. At the same time though, there is white bias among whites. There would be a lot less qualified minorities hired over trivial things like their physical features and names.
