How do I take better care of my earbuds?

I'm planning on buying a new pair and I don't want these to break like my last ones did....

Don't pull, twist, or sharply bend the cord.

Don't swing them in a circle in the air like so many idiots I've seen doing that.

Handle them as if they are made of paper-thin glass.

My wireless ones came with a zip-up bag - maybe buy one from Amazon, they should be pretty cheap.

Keep them in the box they come in. Or if that is ripped and broken buy a small container (like for example my sister has this tiny box with lovely decorations on it) and use that to keep the earbuds in after use.
