Not really. It's the only place that gets you reported for literally nothing. Even completely valid questions get removed because some trolls reported.

It likely would get reported. There is NO way to know if a post is reported UNLESS it gets removed. Sometimes MANY accounts report a post, but it doesn't get removed. There are also plenty of users who don't bother reporting any violations because they just don't care.

There's no guarantee a violation will get reported, and certainly no guarantee it will drop just as there's no guarantee a post that isn't a violation won't get reported anyway (and maybe even dropped).
