Is this ok? Heart & eye vision?
I went to leave my room and my heart rate increased to the point where I can feel my heart without putting my hand on it. That’s not my question. My question is, why is my vision pounding at the exact same time as my heart. I can’t explain what my vision is doing. I can see fine but whenever my heart pounded, so did my vision. Sounds very weird I know but I can’t explain it.

The vision thing is because your heart is pounding so hard its making the veins in your eyes expand with every pulse wich is pushing on you eyes.
That can happen if you were sitting down for a long time then suddenly stood up but it would normally only last a few secounds. It could also be a sign of a panic attack or extream physical exertion (like if u were to run 5 miles nonstop then try and lift a 500 lb bolder)
If none of those situations describe yours then go to the emergency room immidiatly because it could also be a serious heart issue
