depends if you're male or female. weight can range from 130-180ish depending on a lot of things, but if you're healthy and exercising i'd say it doesn't matter what your weight is.

About 128 to 168 is considered normal, but there's not really a weight that you "should be." As long as you're eating right and exercising, I wouldn't put too much value into the numbers.
