Is there any way to flag some of these really NASTY AND GROSS questions??? I am so sick of these!!!!?

Yep there is on the Right side of the Questions that you want to Flag there is a Flag Button click on it then Select the Reason and Click Submit

Please note tho Reporting it does not Guarantee Removal a Trusted Reporter has to Report the same thing Before it can be Taken down

If they violate the guidelines just report them.

Yeah, you click the flag icon at the bottom right of any post. Once enough users have reported a post, it's automatically removed by the system. How many reports of takes will vary.
