Can you CNC concrete scraps into desired shapes?

    You can if you are ready to accept the rather course surface finish. Because of the sand and gravel in most concrete you will have a problem getting a really smooth finish. The bits of sand and some gravel will tend to pop out of the cement matrix.

    It would be easier to CNC a mold and cast concrete into desired shapes.

    With the right rig and bit... but that there is probably plaster or wood.
