Technology to bring Santa to life possible?

Santa Claus, aka Saint Nicholas was a 5th century bishop of a place in Asia Minor which has been called Myra, Smyrna and is now called Izmir. Most of his remains were stolen by Italian corsairs and are now in a Basilica in Bari. What they left behind was captured by the Venetian navy and are in a church in Venice. His empty sarcophagus remains in Izmir and the Turks think he should be returned. If you want to bring him back to life, you'll have to collect all the bits first.

Considering my kids don't use the internet (very young)...how would any of those companies track their behavior?
