If you were an expert hacker?Would this be a good idea?Hack eg 10million ppls bank accounts but just take 1cent out of each account every month or so?Im thinking that the ppl wouldnt notice 1cent missing but at same time you making alot of money!!just curious???

That is only one hundred thousand and while it is theoretically possible (but highly unlikely) that none of those ten million people will try to balance their account, the bank would certainly notice the loss of its equity.

LOUSY idea.
The REAL version of what you suggest was rounding DOWN the interest on all accounts to the next lower penny and putting the difference into the hacker's account. That has been obsolete since the late 1970s.

It probably would work. However, greed usually over comes minor criminal enterprise.
