I need help with my Chromebook?

How do I delete a file from the launcher menu. when I try to click on it, it says file not found. Its not an app ether, it was a video in emulated/android locatiob

    Sounds like it is the USUAL way. Try RIGHT clicking on it in the launcher menu, and pick Remove.
