As previously suggested, I Googled it. I did an image search, it showed a clip from The Office where Steve Carrell says it, one click led to another, basically I ended up on YouTube watching Bruce Almighty outtakes. Hope that helps.

Yes. Grunted is an actual word meaning pleased. It's very rarely used though.
