Not sure who "they" is but look at a world map. Europeans have largely stopped having children and there just aren't that many "white" people left on the planet. So of course your immigration is going to come from Asia and Africa because there's really no one else interested, unless you'd like to start courting Latin Americans to make that journey.

They are not "refugees" adjudicated by UNHCR. Worldwide labor glut of a billion adults already, with another billion on track to enter the world's workforces within the decade. Most are incapable of doing anything whatsoever to support themselves, no less their offspring. They want to live off workers, taxpayers, in other countries since the cannot and/or will not provide for themselves. All they want is other people's money, and they will not do anything to earn it.
