How are migrants supposed to get here since the fence will be too long?

They will climb over, cut holes through it, go around the ends, dig tunnels under, or do whatever it takes. They'll have to come somehow, because many of them will be killed if they don't.

Their employers might actually have to utilize the robust ag guest worker program that exists for that very reason.

Either visitors & immigrants enter legally, or they do not enter at all.
