One of the best ways we can connect with God is though prayer, study and meditation, often in that order!

When we pray, we accept God's warm invitation to start a friendship with Him. (Philippians 4:6, 7) Think about that kind invitation. The Ruler of the universe is deeply interested in you and wants you to tell him about how you feel and about your problems. We can share even our deepest feelings with him by talking to him regularly. As we do this, our friendship with Jehovah grows much stronger. (James 4:8)

When we study, we learn about God - his ways, his principles, his requirements, and how those benefit us. Recall Jesus’ words: “Happy are those conscious of their spiritual need.” (Matthew 5:3) Yes, humans have an innate spiritual need. Only God can fill that need, and he does so through his Word, the Bible.

When we meditate, we turn those cold hard facts in "warm and fuzzy feelings". We come appreciate God's characteristics and the "why" behind things. We also discern ways to better apply what we learn in our lives for our benefit. (Isaiah 48:17,18) When we meditate on what the Bible says, we can begin to think the way God thinks. (Psalm 40:5; 92:5; 139:17) And Jehovah’s thoughts make us wise and lead us to everlasting life.(Read 2 Timothy 3:14-17)

I keep in mind James 4:8, "Draw close to God and He will draw close to you". There are many ways in which we draw close to God in a relationship, similar to any other close relationships we may have. We must come to know him as a person and take in knowledge (John 17:3), act on what we know(Acts 3:17), constant communication through prayer(phillipians 4:6), trusting in God(psalm 55:22). Continually connecting with God is not a one time process, but is a growth that we must maintain

I don't have to "connect" with Him, since He is always right here with me. I live every moment of every day with this degree of connection. Of course, I may not be consciously thinking of Him when my mind is focused on something else. But many times a day, when I have a free moment, I acknowledge His presence and speak with Him for a few minutes, or even a few seconds, as time and circumstances allow.

According to James 4:8 it says that when we draw close to God we can do this by praying to him.

God's involvement in human affairs is very rare. No one gets connection with God. For everything he has to program because all human beings are just robots made of flesh and bones and toys of the spirits for their games.

God never bothers who believes in Him. God doesn't watch each and every human being at the same time and cannot live with each and everyone to guide them. These works are done by the spirits. God had created different kinds of spirits for various purposes. He had made the spirits to watch, guide and determine the destiny of the human beings from their daily activities, talks and thoughts too. Your past determines your present and your present determines your future. God has given freewill to all creatures including human beings. According to this, all human beings have all right to live a life as they wish. But if it happens to be bad and hurts someone, they have to face the consequences. These consequences are created by spirits. It's a natural system. After death no one lives in any form. Heaven and hell are only for spirits, not for human beings. Spirits are separate elements. A human being doesn't have a spiritual body. A human being during his/her lifetime is living with many spirits which have joined one by one since birth. They are knowledge, skills, feelings, emotions, interests and everything. Even thoughts are not your own. For example, when you want to take a decision on a subject, one after another the spirits think and you just listen, choose or reject the ideas which they transmit to your mind through your brain in the form of thoughts. Brain is just a media to connect the spirits to your mind. A mind is just a computer's mind. After the destruction of a computer completely you will not get it's mind. The same is the case with the human beings. Soul is nothing but an energy needed for the functionality of a body. It is not a spirit or anything else. After death all spirits which accompanied a person quit and go to different places searching new bodies. All human beings are just robots made of flesh and bones and toys of the spirits for their games.
