When you go to the webpage and choose make payment, you can pay the full balance or some other amount even if no minimum Is due at the moment.

Sometimes if you made a return, it can mean you won't owe for the next month. Because their systems often cannot distinguish between a payment and a credit. Or it could be a "skip a payment" type deal. Call & ask. And it does not mean you can't pay. Indeed you should.

You should not carry a balance except in severe emergencies.

    Two possible reasons.

    1. It is an error.

    2. You made all the charges after the billing cycle, so nothing is owed until the next billing cycle.

Call them to be sure of the issue so you don't miss a payment and end up with late fees and a ding on your credit report.

LOL. they are offering you the option of "taking a vacation from paying," while continuing to charge you interest

Ask MasterCard, if you really want to know.
