If they were selling drugs that are legal for licensed pharmacists to sell, then you would have (somewhat) valid point. However, many drug dealers sell drugs that are illegal for everyone to sell (including licensed pharmacists).

Staying in the USA without documentation is a misdemeanor. Dealing drugs is a felony. Some doctors and pharmacists have also killed a lot of people by prescribing opioid drugs even though they know they are dispensing them illegally.
