She’s gone London on an internship and I’ve not seen her in two weeks, she’s then going to her country for another month in theee more weeks and is only coming mine once for my birthday, I’ve offered to come here at weekends and during the week but says bad excuses like her beds too small or she’s made plans and I would think that if she really wanted to see me she would reschedule and see me? Confused about if I’m being needy or she just doesn’t care about seeing me, appreciate the help

When someone starts to make excuses when they are in a relationship then that is not a good sign. You need to know where you stand with her. So, she needs to be honest with you. I know you don't want to hear this but you need to ask her if she wants to end the relationship. I have a feeling that she's having a change of heart but she doesn't know how to tell you because she doesn't want to hurt you. But you need to know where you stand with him because you can't continue to go on this way.
