Do Hooters waitresses HAVE to show their cleavage? I mean, is it a complain-able offense if they don't?
The second time I ever ate there, I got this really pretty super busty waitress in a super low cut uniform top. She covered ALL her cleavage with her hair. Manager came at the end and asked if everything was OK. If I had said something like, "she was covering ALL her cleavage with her hair and I didn't get to see her cleavage at all, not even a single centimeter," would the manager take that as a legit complaint and apologize for it?
I never saw that waitress work there after that day.
All the other ones were not stingy w/their cleavage, even the female managers. I actually like how the female managers talk to me ask if everything is OK and tell me about specials and even squat down on the floor while telling me, where I can loo down their top very easily and see their cleavage.
One on first day seeing her, got her elbows out the way when I looked annoyed not able to see her cleavage, I gave her a better than decent tip for that... also good waitress. Another I took a pic with, no cleavage, I didn't want to say, "can I get pic u showing her cleavage in it?" but my hair was messed up, so I told her my hair was messed up and asked if we can retake the photo, and she said yes, and that retake she actually took the pic where her cleavage was showing in the pic.

Nah it's her choice. The boss meant the food is good is it.

I do love to see cleavage, but better than that, I love those sexy legs.

Young horn dog. It's cheaper to buy a Playboy mag. They're only being nice to you so you'll give a fatter tip, sucker.

No they don't have to show their cleavage and you can complain about it if you want to, but it's very unlikely that the manager or owner will do or say anything to any of them about it.
