No. You have to say that a person is bad or inferior because he/she is Muslim to be a racist. Racists judge people negatively by their race, religion or ethnicity, rather than the content of their characters. To a white supremacist for example, all other races and ethnicities are bad or inferior, simply because they are not white.

Islam is not a race silly. Also we should and need to have a little backbone standing up to them. They don't have problems as much with Islam in China look what they do. We need to follow suit.
