If the winner of war decides what is right, should competing armies be matched on strength?

    Dance battles only! Choreography, audience impact and costume is all that should matter.

    they decide what history is likely to be recorded, not on what is right or even truthful.

    As for matching on strength -- most wars would not be fought if the armies were equal in resources and abilities.
