How old were adam and eve when they were condemned for eating a fig? Or apple?

The Bible doesn't tell us how old Adam and Eve were when they were rebuked and caused the fall of this whole world into sin, sickness and death when they were condemned - NOT for eating natural fruit, but for DISOBEYING their Father (God) and eating from the Tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Read the Bible in Genesis chapter 3.

There is a world of difference between eating an apple or fig, and eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. God said they COULD EAT FRUIT FROM ANY TREE EXCEPT the very one they did eat of - the Tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

They already knew good and God didn't want them knowing evil because He knew in His wisdom what would happen to this whole world - it would be plunged into sin, sickness and death and that's exactly what happened when they went their own way instead of obeying their Father God.

Isn't it ironic that they were given EVERY TREE IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN to eat of, EXCEPT ONE and yet that's the very one they had to go and choose to eat from which caused all the problems in this world. Why couldn't they have obeyed instead of disobeying? If they had obeyed God instead of going their own way, we wouldn't be in the terrible state this world is in now

the bible does not say,, and they where condemned for eating a piece of fruit. the bible does not say what kind of fruit it was.

They were created as adults, just as the earth was created with the appearance of age (mature trees, etc.) But I think they fell into sin within a few days of creation.

That information is not written in the scriptures... but really it doesnt matter..

7 or 8 days old and no more than 6 months but less than 830 years old

but this was after being created 4.67 billion years before

The fact is, we don't know. Because the story just says that it happened one day. Could have been a week, could have been a month, could have been 20 billion years.
