    If you meant the manga, then no. It still being released at a slow pace, since the creator is well-known for having health problems, which hinders his work.

    If you mean the anime, then yes. Because the manga is still ongoing when the anime is produced, and the anime production team didn't want to deviate from the original material. So they ended the anime right after the "Chairman Election" arc ends in the manga.
