It's impossible to say, because you've given too little information about your skills and so forth. Immigration is a minefield and a hostile environment in UK right now. You need an immigration lawyer to assess your chances.

You must have the advanced education, training & experience in an occupation on UK's shortage list of occupations. You must meet all UK standards, licensing, etc. E.g. there is one type of specialist nurse on the list (last time I checked), which requires MSN + experience + UK license to practice (or eligible to obtain that).

IF you meet all requirements for an occupation on the shortage list, and if you can find an AUTHORIZED employer with govt permission to consider foreign applicants for an open position in a listed occupation, and if you beat all the competition to actually get hired, then the employer must apply for your employment visa. You cannot apply for any employment visa.

Shortage lists are updated regularly (at least annually). All jobs on the UK list require advanced education, training, experience. Most are professional occupations, some higher-level managerial/executive level.
