Can you believe that crime is more common in areas where there are more people?

It must be those evil liberals. There's no other explanation.

(There's also more wealth and things to do, but shhh, I'm trying to feel like my small town is superior to New York City.)

    And homelessness too! Oh, and population numbers are only part of the equation. Population density is also a factor. Gee whiz...imagine that!

    When talking about crime usually people use the "per capita" IE crime per person...

    Liberal cities have higher per capita crimes, you are not the first person to realize the obvious problem of simply counting something and not accounting for population.
