What are some healthy foods and snacks that will help me gain weight? Please help!!?

I’m trying to gain weight because I really want to have a beautiful, natural thick body but in order to get an hourglass/pear body I need to gain a little weight, but HEALTHY weight. I’ve already been eating foods like dried fruit (apricots and prunes), berries, milk, cheese, rice, fish, chicken and turkey. I also ONLY drink water, No juice or sugary drinks. I would say I have seen small results I’m putting on a few pounds especially around hips. I do butt workouts every night and take like a half hour walk every evening. I think I’m doing good, please tell me If you recommend anymore foods, drinks and exercises that will help me gain weight and get a hourglass/pear body shape. I’m going ALL healthy and natural stuff. I am against butt injections and needles.

Just for realism I drew a demonstration on how I want my body look like. Please forgive me if it looks horrible! 😂 I tried to make it look as realistic as possible!

    the foods that youre eating are fine. Just eat more of them if youre having trouble gaining weight. try adding some nuts, and nut butters in there as well.
