Boris is fine as a PM so much better then Theresa. The Royal Family would not know where to start controlling the UK they may make the decisions but they do not think of them, its not like it was 70 years ago.

The Queen is the leader of the UK and just recently she appointed Boris to be her Prime Minister (i.e. her chief public servant). It wasn't official until she signed off on it. She just doesn't want to get her hands dirty.
