    Are the rocks real? Sure, "wishing rock" is a nickname for rocks with specific geologic characteristics that happened while the rock was being eroded by water or sand.

    The better question is whether the legend that they can grant of wishes happens... I'm pretty sure if they really worked, there would be a whole lot of lottery winners and there are not, so... there's that...
