Level 6 is just an interim step. The goal is level 7. At that time, you ascend to a lofty seat above the populace, amid shouts and cheers. Your family lays wreaths on you and scatters rose petals on your path. Your friends bow to you and try to emulate you. You become a supperior being at that time. Level 7 is it. Level 6 is a mark on the path.
